INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat a grill pan on stove, or outdoor grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Quarter the peaches, removing the pits. Toss the peaches with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and some salt and pepper in a bowl to coat. Grill the peach pieces, turning once, until grill marks form on both sides, about 2 minutes per side.

  3. Place Briati Burrata Cheese on the center of the plate, and circle grilled peaches around the center. Top with basil leaves, and serve!

  • 8 oz Briati Burrata Cheese

  • 3 Ripe Peaches

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

  • Salt and Pepper

  • Basil Leaves (for garnish)
