Burrata & Grilled Peaches
INGREDIENTS:
- 8 oz Briati Burrata Cheese 
- 3 Ripe Peaches 
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil 
- Salt and Pepper 
- Basil Leaves (for garnish) 
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat a grill pan on stove, or outdoor grill to medium-high heat. 
- Quarter the peaches, removing the pits. Toss the peaches with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and some salt and pepper in a bowl to coat. Grill the peach pieces, turning once, until grill marks form on both sides, about 2 minutes per side. 
- Place Briati Burrata Cheese on the center of the plate, and circle grilled peaches around the center. Top with basil leaves, and serve!
